Good to know

Policies

Cancellation: Cancel reservations through Mindbody up until class start. Memberships require one-month written notice to cancel.
First class: Arrive 10 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring grip socks if you have them — we have spares if you don't.
Payment: All purchases process securely through Mindbody. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
